Interpreters can be provided for: Under very limited circumstances on a case by case basis.

Income Guidelines: 

  Your family's income must be at or below 145% of the poverty level.
 
In guardian ad litem cases, there is no screening for income.
 
In Social Security cases, the attorney gets 25% of income if he or she wins the case. In guardian ad litem cases, there is a charge of $25 per side.
 
 
Type of Help:
This group provides the following types of services based on your legal needs and its resources:
 
  Other- The Dekalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation provides attorney referrals. The Foundation also runs a divorce clinic on an as needed basis. Call 404-373-0865 for more information.
