Farmworker Division of Georgia Legal Services Program
Who We Are:
The Farmworker Division of Georgia Legal Services Program covers the entire state of Georgia, but is limited to handling civil cases that are related to a client's employment as a farmworker. Some of the problems we assist clients with include: recovery of unpaid wages; assistance with unsafe working conditions; farmworker housing problems including unsanitary living conditions; unlawful evictions; problems from exposure to pesticides; retaliation and discrimination claims; and other issues specific to farmwork.
