We provide advice, referrals and representation in the following areas

Our current income guideline is 175% of the federal poverty level. We do not serve illegal aliens or prisoners. We can assist illegal aliens who are married to a US citizen, are the parent of a US citizen, or are the child of a US citizen who have applied for, and not been denied, permanent residency; or who are victims of domestic violence.

Emergency Instructions

| If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted. |

| What is an emergency? Emergencies are problems requiring immediate action to avoid bad consequences to the client, i.e. served with lawsuit, received notice of court or hearing date, received notice of denial or termination of public benefits, adverse court or administrative decision, received notice of garnishment or foreclosure, eviction and repossession. |
