The Dekalb County Community Outreach Center provides services to low-income individuals and families in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties ranging from employment services to social advocacy.

  Although most of our walk-ins occur at the hours listed above, we accept walk-ins at any time. For job services, we accept the first 20 people in line on that day.
This group does not provide legal representation in court.

Interpreters can be provided for: Interpreters are provided for anyone who needs them.

Access for the deaf: Access for the hearing impaired is provided through the midtown office.

  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

This group provides the following types of services based on your legal needs and its resources:
 
  Self-Help Materials
  Other- Catholic Social Services in Dekalb County provides social advocacy services. They also provide computer classes, English as a Second Language classes, and seminars to present information on how to go about doing a job search. Call 770-454-6068 for more information.
