The judicial branch of Georgia's website will give you information on courts, what types of cases each court handles, links to many county court websites, forms and other information on the judicial process. To understand which court you may need, please click on the "Courts" button on the top of the page and follow the links to descriptions of the court and the types of cases it hears.
