The Dekalb County Community Outreach Center provides services to low-income individuals and families in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties ranging from employment services to social advocacy.

Self-Help Materials Other- Catholic Social Services in Dekalb County provides social advocacy services.
They also provide computer classes, English as a Second Language classes, and seminars to present information on how to go about doing a job search. Call 770-454-6068 for more information.
