DeKalb County Family Law Information Center
The DeKalb County Family Law Information Center was created to serve as a resource center to assist individuals who want to represent themselves on family law matters, or those who want to educate themselves about family law issues.  The Center can also provide general guidance for navigating through the courts.  Due to the complexity of the law and rules and procedures that must be followed, you may require professional legal representation by a qualified attorney.  The Center has been designed to provide specific services which will assist you in resolving your legal situation via the court.

The Center's services are most beneficial in cases where both parties share a mutual interest in the actions taken concerning their family.  In many instances, a family matter that requires resolution via the courts is more complex than is first realized.  In this situation, the assistance of a licensed attorney may be needed in order to arrive at a reasonable resolution to the matter.
