Georgia tendra una nueva guia de manutencion de Nino effectivo Enero 1, 2007. Bajo la ley anterior, los tribunales tipicamente solo consideraban el ingreso del padre sin custodia. (El padre sin custodia es el padre quien paga manutencion de nino y/o quien pasa menos tiempo con el nino.) Bajo la nueva ley, cada vez que los tribunales ordenen manutencion de ninos los tribunales consideraran el ingreso de ambos padres. Bajo ambas leyes, los tribunales tambien consideraran las necesidades y el mejor interes del nino. Este folleto describe la nueva ley la cual sera effectiva Enero 1, 2007.
