MAGISTRATE COURT (소액소송 법원) 에 소송을 제기하는 법 (FILING A CASE IN MAGISTRATE COURT) Magistrate 법원은 $15,000 이하의 민사 소송을 하는 소액 소송 전용 법원입니다. Magistrate 판사가 재판한 후에 사건을 결정합니다. 배심원 (Jury) 은 없으며 변호사가 꼭 필요하지 않으나 변호사를 고용할 수는 있습니다.
